Background Story

Chargeback Advocates started when two lifelong friends working together were placed on a project at their current place of employment. These two women found out first hand how many chargebacks the company was getting on a monthly bases for products and services they had provided to their customers, only for their customers to turn around and make false dispute claims with their bank. They both then understood how consumers are being fraudulent these days. The Seed Was Planted…

They both felt this was a huge injustice to the company and planned on doing everything they could to retain what was rightfully the company’s. They took to the new position with full intent of not only winning the chargebacks, but also making adjustments so that the chargebacks would cease all together. The women had great success and the company was retaining 98% of all charges and chargebacks reduced dramatically.

The owners were so pleased with their success; they started discussing the results with other close business owners that were experiencing the same chargeback issues, which in turn created an additional part time job for them. With their combined 25 years of knowledge, experience in sales, merchant, finances and customer services industries, they were equipped with the account management skills to really make an impact in the chargeback industry.

As the seed continued to grow with referrals, Chargeback Advocates was created. They have continued to provide excellent service and high winning percentages to all of their customers. They continue providing exceptional service to their customers with amazing results.
