Monthly Fee – $140.00
Includes; a specialist contacting the business owner for a company walk through, of policies and procedures, CRM training, contracts, product/service education, billing, attached documents, screen shot overview, obtain user names and passwords to various accounts used to respond to chargebacks.
Per Chargeback Fee – $35.00
Chargeback Fee: includes research, gathering of supporting documentation, such as; dispute letters, screen shots, copy of customer communication, emails, signed contracts, AVS match, receipts, invoices, refunds, cancellations, etc… and submission/response to merchant provider within due date provided.
